You may use our Site to request consultations, order product samples, submit project details, and communicate with our team about building a private label skincare line.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting consultation requests, sample orders, quiz responses, or contact forms, and to update that information as needed so it remains accurate.

Consultation requests and project discussions are provided to help you evaluate whether Inspira Skin is the right manufacturing partner for your brand. Any formulation recommendations, product suggestions, packaging options, pricing estimates, or timelines discussed before a formal agreement are preliminary and do not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of availability, cost, or delivery date.

Minimum order quantities, pricing, packaging availability, and production lead times are confirmed per project and may vary based on formulation, packaging, labeling, customization, and order requirements. Final terms are documented in the written agreement for each project.

Product samples are offered so you can evaluate the texture, application, appearance, and overall feel of potential formulations before selecting products for your private label skincare line. Samples are sold as-is, are not intended for resale, and are subject to availability.

Sample orders are processed through our checkout and fulfilled at our discretion. Pricing, product availability, and shipping options for samples may change without notice. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

Private label production services, including formulation selection, packaging, custom waterproof labels, artwork, filling, and labeling, are provided under the terms of the written agreement for each project. Product specifications, artwork approvals, label requirements, and compliance with applicable cosmetic labeling regulations are the responsibility of the client brand owner, with our support and guidance.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, labeling, and product specifications before production begins. Production does not start until final approvals are received.

Inspira Skin provides manufacturing, formulation, packaging, and launch support services. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, sales volume, market performance, or financial result from launching a private label skincare line. Your success depends on factors outside our control, including your marketing, operations, pricing, distribution, and market conditions.

Information on our Site and in our communications is provided for general business and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified medical or skincare professional. You are responsible for any product claims, marketing, and regulatory compliance associated with your branded products.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, formulation descriptions, images, and design elements, is the property of Inspira Skin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission, except as necessary to evaluate our services.

Your brand name, logo, and label artwork remain your property. We use them only as needed to produce your private label products under the terms of your project agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use our Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in consultation requests or sample orders
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or customer data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or its analytics, tracking, or checkout systems
• Use our content or services to develop a competing formulation catalog without our authorization

Sample orders are processed through our payment processor. Payments are due at the time of order. Private label production orders are invoiced under the terms of your project agreement. Refund and cancellation terms for samples and production orders are governed by the applicable agreement and applicable law.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, consultation, or project if payment cannot be verified, information appears inaccurate or fraudulent, or the request is outside our service capabilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inspira Skin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our Site or services. Our liability for any claim related to a sample order or project is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific order or project.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
